All vehicle sales by Fernandez Auto Sales LLC are final once the buyer signs the sales documents and accepts delivery of the vehicle.

Used vehicles are sold “as-is, no dealer warranty” unless Fernandez Auto Sales LLC provides a written warranty at the time of sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations due to buyer’s remorse, changes in the buyer’s financial circumstances, or conditions disclosed before the sale or covered by the “as-is” terms.

A refund or cancellation may be considered only when:

• Required by applicable law
• Fernandez Auto Sales LLC agrees to it in writing
• A payment was made in error or duplicated
• The transaction cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the dealership

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Deposits and partial payments are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Customers should inspect the vehicle, arrange an independent inspection when desired, and review all sales, warranty, financing, and vehicle-condition documents before signing.
